Category
The category element generally identifies a nationality.
Attributes are:
id = sportradar id of the country
name = name of the country
country code = code of the country
In case of tennis the category is the recurrent tournament which takes place periodically.
In such a case there is no country_code name and the name is the name of the tournament.
