Promote your account to Production

Once you have passed the integration review and/or certification, your sales representative can request your account to be promoted to the UOF production environment.

Check IPs

For security reasons, we only allow connections from IP addresses that have been added to our whitelist. Therefore, you must provide us with the relevant information from which you are accessing our server before using the production server. Otherwise, your login requests will not be successful. IP Whitelisting is usually set up together with your account, but we recommend to check and confirm with our representative if it was done in case you cannot connect to the Unified Odds Feed.

Identify token and environment

When your UOF production account is ready Login to Betradar Portal and create the UOF token to connect to the UOF production feed.

Plan in configuration time

The settings on your integration account are NOT synchronized on the production account of that same account ID. You will either need to allocate time to configure your settings on the "Ctrl" back office, or we copy that configuration from your Integration account to your Production account.

Customize your odds ladders

"Ctrl" offers a feature to set your customized odds ladders, which take care of selecting suitable odds values for each market and also manages rounding requirements. You are able set these odds in the configuration section of "Ctrl".

Request alert functionality

If you have used our Trading Tools in Betradar.com you will be able to use our new alert system in "Ctrl". It is switched off as default in order to reduce load on our systems. Please request to switch the Alerts on via support, so you can use them right away.

Configure Pre-match → Live Odds handover

The UOF provides options when your Live Odds of a match should replace your Pre-match Odds. The configuration can be set in the Ctrl Feed Options section

Get training

The new back office "Ctrl" has many great features, but it is more efficient to receive a training than a learn-by-doing approach. We offer training free of charge, please contact your sales representative or our support team to arrange time and date.

Request launch support

We offer a direct chat support on the UOF integration and configuration during your operational launch. Please allow up to 2 weeks after your notification for us to plan and prepare the support window. Precondition to receive this service is the completed configuration of your Ctrl production account, a check of the correct environment connection and the whitelisted IPs and a full internal QA of your integration. This support is then provided and limited for 2 days during CET business hours.
