Licenses

Licenses are available on a Property basis, per territory. For example you can purchase a license for ATP Challenger Tennis in France for 2020.

There are two types of license - Auto-Booking and Manual Booking.

An event must be booked and either upcoming or live for it to be returned via our Events API.

Auto-Booking License

An auto-booking license means that you will automatically have all the events within that property booked and available via the Events API/Streaming API within the agreed upon licensing period.

For example if you have an auto-booking license set up for Serie A 2020 and for it to be streamed in France, all Serie A matches will be made available to you via the Events API as soon as they are on-boarded onto the platform, and you will be able to stream all Serie A matches via the Streaming API in France.

Manual Booking License

A manual booking means that you are licensed for limited events within the agreed upon license period.

For example, if you have a manual booking license for 100 events of Euroleague in 2020 for Greece then you are able to book 100 Euroleague matches to stream in 2020. You will have to choose which events you would like to stream and manually book them within the UI (see below for how-to guide on this).

Once an event is booked, it will be matches will be made available to you via the Events API as soon as they are on-boarded onto the platform and you will be able to stream the booked matches via the Streaming API in Greece.

Manual Booking Guide

  1. Login into the ASC (Arena Streaming Console) via console.livestreaming.imgarena.comarrow-up-right and use your login credentials to gain access to the site.

2. Once logged in, you will be automatically directed to the Dashboard (where you may notice that you will not have any events booked). From here you will need to navigate to the Content section and then select the desired property you wish to book an event for.

3. After selecting your desired property you will see a list of available tournaments. If you wish to book every event within the tournament, you are able to do so here by clicking on the "Book" button of the tournament on the property page. By doing this you will not need to book each individual event in that tournament.

NB: This will only book events that have already been created on the platform at that given moment. e.g. - For Tennis tournaments, as those events are on-boarded per OOP per day, you will only booking the events for the upcoming events that are on the platform, this feature will not book events in the future that have yet to be created within a tournament.

4. However, if you only wish to book select events within a tournament, you will need to click into the tournament page. Once in that tournament page this is where you will have the option to book the individual events by clicking the "+" next to the event.

5. Booked events will now appear as booked in the Content section and on the event page. If you wish to unbook an event, you can press the bin icon to do so.

6. Booked events will now appear on the main dashboard list – "Your Upcoming Events". These will now also be returnable through our Events API. These events will also show as booked on their individual events page and be available to stream once live via the Streaming API
