If you require a new user account to be created on the platform, please send your request to our support team (support@sportradar.com). They are available 24/7, 365 days a year and will action your request provided the information below is provided with each request:
The full name and email address of the user you are requesting an account for.
If the user requires an Operator or Trader Account. The difference between these is explained below.
An Operator account is able to access everything on the platform: The Analytics page is available, as is the License page. You are also able to book and watch streams using this account type.
A Trader account is only permitted to cycle through available content and watch streams. A trader account can also book and unbook events.
Please note that a user should use the account that was specifically created for them. Accounts and their log-in details should not be shared with others. Any abuse of this will be taken very seriously.
