New Users

If you require a new user account to be created on the platform, please send your request to our support team ([email protected]). They are available 24/7, 365 days a year and will action your request provided the information below is provided with each request:

• The full name and email address of the user you are requesting an account for.

• If the user requires an Operator or Trader Account. The difference between these is explained below.

Operator

An Operator account is able to access everything on the platform: The Analytics page is available, as is the License page. You are also able to book and watch streams using this account type.

Trader

A Trader account is only permitted to cycle through available content and watch streams. A trader account can also book and unbook events.

Please note that a user should use the account that was specifically created for them. Accounts and their log-in details should not be shared with others. Any abuse of this will be taken very seriously.
